પ્રેમ ભમરાને થયો પહેલી નજર,
ફૂલને ડેટીંગ(dating)માં ફાવ્યું નહીં.
આંસુઓ જલદી રવાના થઈ ગયા,
ગાલને વેઈટીંગ(waiting)માં ફાવ્યું નહીં.
પ્રાર્થના પ્રભુને કરી મેં પણ ઘણી,
એમને ચેટીંગ(chatting)માં ફાવ્યું નહીં.
પીઠ પસવારી તો તક ઊભી રહી,
પણ પછી પેટીંગ(petting)માં ફાવ્યું નહીં.
શિષ્ટતાના ઢાળ પર શબ્દો ઊભા,
હાશ … કે સ્કેટીંગ(skating)માં ફાવ્યું નહીં.
જિંદગી ટીઆરપી* જેવી મળી,
ને મને રેટીંગ(rating)માં ફાવ્યું નહીં.
મોતને ‘ચાતક’ હરાવી દેત પણ
શ્વાસને સેટીંગ(setting)માં ફાવ્યું નહીં.
