રાજેન્દ્ર શુકલ મારા પ્રિય કવિઓમાંના એક છે. પ્રકૃતિના તત્વોના રૂપકો સંયોજીને સંવેદના છલકાવા માટે જાણીતા એવા આ કવિની કૃતિને બંસરી યોગેન્દ્રનો સ્વર સાંપડ્યો છે. શાસ્ત્રીય સંગીતના ઢાળવાળી આ રચના કર્ણપ્રિય છે.
મ્હેંકનો મૃદુ ભાર, ભીની સ્હેજ ઝૂકી ડાળ, સપનાં,
નિષ્પલક પળની પરી, તે જોઈ રહેતો કાળ, સપનાં.
લાલ, પીળી, કેસરી, નીલી, ગુલાબી ઝાળ, સપનાં,
હું, તમે, ઉપવન, વસંતોનું રૂપાળું આળ સપનાં.
એક લટને, લ્હેરખીને લ્હેરવું નખરાળ, સપનાં.
ને પલકનું પાંખડી સમ ઝૂકવું શરમાળ, સપનાં.
હા, હજુ થાક્યાં ચરણને કોક વેળા સાંભરે છે,
આભને ઓળંગતી એ સ્વર્ણમૃગની ફાળ સપનાં.
જિંદગીને લક્ષ્ય જેવું તો કશું આમે હતું ના,
મદછકેલાં ત્યાં મળ્યાં એ, સાવ અંતરિયાળ સપનાં !

What an interpretation of dreams (“Sapna” ) by the poet, Shri Rajendra Shukla ! The singing of this Ghazal by Bansari Yogendra is equally awesome especially the opening lines are rendered in high notes that take us up above the sky in the world of dreams. The piano accompaniment is superb and the pace of singing fully justifies the mood of the song.
I visited Kavishri Rajendra Shukla website and happily came across another awesome rendering of his ghazal” Avya Hava Ni Jem Ane Osari Gaya” by Bansari Yogendra. હા, હજુ થાક્યાં ચરણને કોક વેળા સાંભરે છે,
આભને ઓળંગતી એ સ્વર્ણમૃગની ફાળ સપનાં.
શાસ્ત્રીય સંગીતના શોખીનો માટે બહુ જ સરસ છે. મને પણ ગમે છે. દરેકને ગમતું પીરસો છો. બહુ સરસ. બધાની પાસે આવી આવડત નથી હોતી.

અદભુત સ્વરાંકન અને અદભુત ગાન. રુશુ ના સુચન મુજબ “આવ્યા હવાની જેમ” ગઞલ સાભળી. કવિ રાજેન્દ્ર શુક્લની કલમમાં સ્વયં મા સરસ્વતીનો વાસ છે અને બંસરી યોગેન્દ્રના ગળામાં જાણે કે કોયલે માળો બાંધ્યો છે. આવા સુંદર રસપાન બદલ મિતિક્ષા ને લાખ સલામ.

I have been listening to the wonderful singing of Bansari Yogendra on All India Radio and Door Darshan. Also have watched the video of “Avya Hava Ni Jem” (mentioned by Rushu) on Door Darshan long back. This is for the first time that I got an opprtunity to listen a new song “Sapna”. Wonderful rendering. would like to contact the artist to give my compliments. can some one PLEASE provide me her Address and Contact number ?
