કંકુના સૂરજ આથમ્યા
આ ગીત મારું ‘all time favorite’ છે. એના વિશે કંઈ પણ કહેવું કે લખવું એ કવિ, કૃતિ અને કદરદાનની વચ્ચે આવવા જેવું છે. એને તો અશ્રુની વહેતી ધારે.. બસ માણવું જ રહ્યું. જે સંજોગોએ આ અમર રચનાને જન્મ આપ્યો તેની પાર્શ્વભૂમિકા તથા કવિ રાવજી પટેલ વિશે વધુ જાણવા અહીં જોવાનું ભૂલતા નહીં.

”mari aakhe” is a very fabluous song with extremely touchy lines, which melts one’s heart and forces to visualise the pain, which the author had suffered from. Really very nice. Keep up the good work.

Parthiv Gohil ગુજરાતનું ગૌરવ છે. એના અવાજમાં આ ગીત ખરેખર ખુબ જ સુન્દર અને દિલમાં ગીતના શબ્દ ઉતરી જાય એવા છે. શક્ય હોય તો પાર્થિવના બીજા ગીત મુકવા વિનંતી. આભાર. જય ગરવી ગુજરાત.

I love this song as well as one on “KANKU” that has a different devotional effect is “Madi Taru Kanku Kharu Ne Suraj Ugyo”

સંગીત ભવન ટ્ર્સ્ટ ની આજ નામે સી.ડી. બહાર પાડી હતી ભુપીન્દરસીંગ ના ઘેરા આવાઝ માં આ ગીત ડુમો ભરાઇ આવે એવું છે

રાવજીનું મૃત્યુનું ગીત સાંભળીને કે વાંચીને પથ્થર દિલ માણસના હ્રદયમાં પણ મૃત્યુની વેદના અને સંવેદના જન્મી ઊઠે તેમ છે. તમે આ ગીત શબ્દ અને અવાજ સાથે મારા સુધી પહોંચાડ્યું તે બદલ આભારી છું.
